If I'm not mistaken, one of the major initiatives of Food Hub (http://food-hub.org/), an online food-sourcing marketplace based in Portland, OR, was to connect local farmers to local schools in the hopes of making lives simpler for the "lunch ladies" charged with serving healthier lunches for kids. This article highlights the healthy advances made by Portland Public Schools but I'm wondering what part Food Hub is playing here. URL:  www.oregonlive.com
